Good place but,
When my husband and I go to Paris we go there. But we can observe more and more lesbians going to this restaurant too and we don't like it at all because we want to be between gays. 100% men. No "women" allowed. We discussed about it with some friends who goes there too they're the same point of view. So, the owner and the manager, think about this positive advice. Cheers!
nice place for a nosh
I enjoyed stopping in one early evening by my self to unwind from a hectic day of shopping and hanging out with friends. The decor was understated and simple, the food was delicious& the service was prompt and friendly. If you're looking for a nice relaxing place to have dinner Le Gai Moulin is it!
Nice and easy
The owner is a very funny old queen to talk with! The food is great but there's nothing to scream about it! Close to all other gay bars
le gai moulin
Went there august 2007, dine and wine there 3 times when we were there and last dinner there the owner Christopher who speaks English and been living in Sydney before did the cabaret in the basement/dungeon with his piano and make up an Asian Gigi song for me. Very memorable. Delicious food and unpretentious . Friendly crowds too.
The Top
Best gay restaurant in Paris, made special by Christophe Moulin, the owner/chef/MC. He is an accomplished cabaret singer (his CDs are sold here) in addition to offering great food at an incredible price. And he tells jokes in at least 3 languages. (Some of them are even funny!)
You never know until you try
While walking through the gay districts we ran across this little restaurant. At first we thought that we would be disappointed. Boy were we wrong, we were greeted with such warmth and service that we went back every night that we were in Paris. Don't ever go to Paris without at trying Le Gai Moulin at least once.
